This B&B is located in a perfect location. The street is quite, but it is only a block or two from all the best restaurants and shopping in the area. We stayed in the Garden Hideaway which has a private hot tub. It was very relaxing. The free amenities are seemingly endless with a gourmet breakfast, happy hour with appetizers and delicious desserts. There was always a treat available. The staff is very welcoming and... More

Enjoyed my stay at the historic St Francis Inn B&B. This was my first stay ever at a B&B. Really relaxing atmosphere. Staff was professional, friendly and attentive to guests. I stayed in the Elizabeth Suite. Authentic antique furniture but stylish, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and so was the complimentary drinks through out the day. Great amenities. Inn's location sits in a quiet neighborhood but not far from historical sites. Would definitely... More

I planned a romantic weekend to relax and enjoy St. Augustine, it turned out to be anything but. After making reservations and paying for them, we arrived and our room was under-construction so we were moved for the night. The next day we were told that our room was still unavailable and that we would need to find other accomodations. I was shocked because we were visiting from out of town. I don't recommend and... We apologize again for the unexpected and serious plumbing issue that occurred in your guestroom on your arrival date. Our staff upgraded you to a deluxe room with a king bed, whirlpool tub, and private deck for your first night (Friday night). Unfortunately, the plumbing issue could not be corrected in your original room (a special part had to be ordered) for your second night (Saturday night), and we were full. Our innkeeper found you... My husband and I enjoyed this two night stay in a B & B for the very first time. We feel we were blessed to find the most perfect Inn right from the start. We were want of nothing ~ a knowledgeable and helpful staff, endless complimentary snacks and drinks, a variety of incredible breakfast choices (Loved the strata!), quiet and friendly surroundings, an authentic and immaculate late 1700's suite (Elizabeth) but with all the... We finished a tour of Florida with a one night stay at this historic inn. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The idea of having inside and outside social areas with complmentary snacks and drinks is a great one. The inn is in easy walking distance of the We stayed in Anna's room which, although small, was very pleasant. Bill and Jeanne More

From the moment we were greeted, our stay was outstanding. Carolyn showed us to our room, gave us quick tour, and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was amazing, all you cared to eat, served in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. After a 5 minute walk, you're in the heart of St. Augustine. This is how a guest should be treated at a B&B. We can't wait to go back!!! More

My boyfriend and I were planning a roadtrip and found a Groupon for this location. Such a blessing! This place is so worth it, even without a Groupon. When we arrived they were having their evening social which offered local wines, beer, and snacks. Our room (Emily's Room) was very nice. Loved the balcony and free bike rentals. Recommend taking a bike ride around the town. Best of all, the staff was extremely helpful and... More

If you want to stay at a B&B where you get 'warm & friendly' service, delicious meals & great value for your travel $, this is your place. Besides a variety of very comfortable rooms & a tasty breakfast, the St. Francis Inn offers features that other ST. Augustine B&Bs can't or won't. 1. Location. Although it's right in the popular 'old town' area, the Inn is in a quiet corner. You can still easily... More

I surprised my boyfriend with a weekend at St. Francis Inn for his birthday. I reservered Maria's Room and also purchased the Inn's Sweatheart Fanatsy Package - which is worth every penny! - They helped me make sure every little detail was perfect from what time I wanted breakfast in bed to dinner reservations at the AMAZING restaurant that is included in the sweartheart package. Everyone was so friendly, like they had known us for... More

My husband and I love St. Augustine and have been there at least half a dozen times. This was our first stay at the St. Francis Inn. What a treat! We really were treated as more than welcomed guests; we felt like family coming home. There was always someone available for directions, help, or to point out the wonderful snacks and beverages that were offered. Oh my, was a wonderful breakfast we had - many... More
