Pat and the staff at Kenwood Inn were wonderful... Always accessible but gave people privacy. The breakfast spread was different each morning and tasted great! We'd recommend Kenwood Inn to anyone looking for a lovely B and B experience. Their location is close to the main downtown area of St Augustine but it's about a block from the main street... More

Thanks to Pat for maintaining such a lovely place in Saint Augustine that is dog friendly. We really appreciated having a beautiful and clean place to call home for a few days. This is a well maintained establishment that is beautifully decorated and met my standard for cleanliness. Our well behaved Airedale, Layla, was celebrating her 12th birthday with us... More

This B&B is very nice and they have a different size rooms o there is something for everyone. There breakfast I very fancy and each serving I made fresh. They have a happy hour where you and meet the other guest. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and will help any way they can to make your stay... More

What a lovely, warm, welcoming Inn! Pat and her staff made us truly feel like we were part of their family. The historic charm and character of the inn is the foundation for a great stay, but the real jewel is meeting such a culturally diverse, friendly group of people. Given the tight configuration of most historic areas, Pat has... More

My wife, 16 year old granddaughter and I spent two nights here and found the place quaint and close to downtown and the sights. Overall I would say it is worth a stay if you plan on staying in St. Augustine and don't mind the negatives that I have listed below. Positives: - well furnished, we stayed on the 3rd... More

We've stayed at 2 B&B's (both in St. Augustine) have enjoyed both! The Kenwood being within an old looking home is more like coming home to visit with family. You're greeted, feed (let Pat know of any allergies or dislikes) and housed like family and the other quests become part of an extended family. Pat and her staff are there... More

Lovely get away after a grueling theme park adventure, accommodating and friendly. It doesn't get better. Rooms quite lovely the pool refreshing. The only negative would be the breakfast server. Served my husband and grand a egg roll with feta cheese, while I like these kinds of breakfasts some folks don't like the taste. When they ate none of it,... More

We have stayed at the Kenwood before and wanted to return again. As corny as it sounds, it feels like you're staying at a family member's house (except you don't feel obligated to help with the dishes!). We could just curl up and read a book on the chair in our room, the couch in the living room, the hammock... More

This was my first trip to St. Augustine and after a fair amount of procrastinating we decided to eschew the hotel our friends were staying at try something a bit more upscale and different. The Kenwood Inn was our selection. Since we booked this only about 4 weeks in advance the rates had crept up and I was a bit... More

I debated whether to leave a review on this stay, as our first stay at Kenwood Inn was very good, but this time was a disappointment. As always when I leave a review like this, I will just list the reasons why we were not as satisfied as we expected: - on arrival it was a typical Florida rainshower, and... More
