My husband and I did not stay in the main inn so I cannot review that building. We stayed 2 nights. First of all it was very clean and the Innkeepers were very nice. The location is great you can walk to everything. We stayed in the Ashton room down the street a few doors down in a separate building,... More

Had a wonderful time at the Carriageway. Great location in the centre of town with the opportunity to get a real feel of the character of the town in a lovely period house, paired with personal and friendly service.

Beautiful historic home. Walking distance to everything. I believe all rooms have private bathrooms, but they are not all attached to the room, "hallway" bathroom. Our room had a tiny shower, not for shaving your legs at all. A little stuffy, as with most B&B's, individual rooms do not have thermostats. Communal TV and Computer. Wifi. Breakfast @8:30, but that... More

Everyone is so welcoming and it is very homey. They had very nice breakfasts, cake and cookies in the afternoon, as well as wine, all complimentary. Even a computer, which we used because we didn't have one with us. We liked our room a lot, although you couldn't open the window and had to rely on the A/C even though... More

Its difficult to write something new about this excellent bed and breakfast experience. Lets start at the beginning, the directions to get there are spot on and parking is easy. When Larry greeted us at the front door it was as though he was greeting family members. He gave us a first class overview of the local area, restaurants etc... More

We were so sad to find out she passed, the inn is immaculate the food is delicious and the... More

We rented the cottage with the Jacuzzi in the bedroom. It was very nice. We enjoyed the bath robes and soft bed. We had a very relaxing stay. The staff was welcoming and ready to provide assistance in anyway. The food was great; we even bought their cookbook. They made every effort to make us comfortable. Everything was very clean... More

We stayed in the cottage near the main house. It was perfect for two couples. ...Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room And attached dining area. Our host brought us wine And we had the option of sodas and water. ..Then of course there are cookies in the main house. We could not of have asked for more. A lovely stay.

What a great place to stay! My fiance and I live about an hour away and have found a new favorite place to visit! We will definately be going back as soon as possible! The rooms were beautiful, we stayed in their cottage which included a jacuzzi tub in the room. They gave us bikes to ride around town, although... More
