Booked unit 501 - Owner went above and beyond! We had towels, bedding, cleaning supplies, full size washer and dryer, soap and toilet paper provided. I just stayed in unit 302 and I loved it there the last person that commented on it being really old looking, I don't see that anymore because the owners are updating the unit. We stayed at the Sea Oats Condominiums in Unit 401 during the month of February 2006. Everything about this condo was wonderful. The unit was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. (Better than last years in unit 505). The living room furniture was great and we had everything we needed except for the washer and dryer. Cannot figure... more

We stayed in unit 302, it had furniture and decor dating back twenty years. The patio furniture was filthy and we too had to clean the unit prior to unpacking.
