We lived there for 5 winters in a park model and if it weren't for the market being so bad and we couldn't sell, we would of left much sooner ! There is an open sewage lagoon that reeks all the time. Management is horrible. White trash live there year round and often do work to pay their lot rent. The bathroom cleaning lady wrings her cleaning rag out in the same dirty bucket she just washed the bathroom floors. Really small swimming pool with drunks and party people always around it day & night. The surrounding neighbors come home over to use the pool and party. When it rains the place floods like you wouldn't believe. You'll get stuck trying to get out. If you like water over your knees, it's the place for you. Owners never put any money into the place. The people their have raffles to raise money for things they need. The lot rent is ridiculous for the dump that it is ! The regulars that go there work all winter cleaning out the pond and the ditches that surround the place because owners won't pay anyone to do it. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ! THE PLACE TOTALLY SUCKS !…

Don't pay attention to the one remark about not being dog friendly. There are dogs all around us, big and little. We have gone there each winter for 5 years. We stumbled upon it accidently, and stayed every since. If you want a prime location and ritzy atmosphere, go some where else. Everybody is friendly and will help you out when need be. Krista, in the office, is very nice and treats everyone with special care. We won't go anywhere else to camp for the winter even though our best friends are 8 miles down the road. We have a wonderful group of people around us at our yearly spot and have made great friendships during our daily Dilly, Dilly time. Bring a drink and chair and join in. We can have a fire at night weather permitting and si and enjoy the sunset.

This rv park is definitely not a Dog friendly rv park.at all! I wouldn’t recommend this park for people with pets.We left a week early due the manager that was very unprofessional I would not recommend this rv park to anyone with pets.and the rv park needs some much needed work very old for 1,010.00 month.

Wow! We literally stumbled upon this place and needed a place to stay for two nights. To the blind eye it is a retirement community. While settling in, 5 different residents approached us, welcomed us, and invited us to the New Year's Eve party they were having that night. Reggie, a Canadian, was especially charming. He took us in a golf cart ride and showed us around. He even brought me coffee in the morning because he knew we wouldn't have any way to make coffee. We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was incredible, the restrooms were very clean, hot water in the shower was tricky, heated pool, wonderful live band on New year's, safe, fun, but most of all...they treated us like family! Can you get a fancier place to stay...sure! However, not a better place! We will definitely be back if possible. Five stars all the way! Melissa and Chip.…

We stayed here and it was just 10-15 minutes south of the city. It was easy to get into town for dinner and drive back. The manager was very friendly and all the guests said hello. The facilities are clean and it was nice that there is a general room so I was able to use the microwave to heat up tea as we were in a VW camper van. It is very affordable and nice.

A bit rough on the edges but most spaces are ample. Nice pool area. Clean restrooms. Pet friendly. Many long term units but they do not appear rundown or cluttered. All spaces are back-in. Staff did an excellent job assisting and directing the parking process.

We stayed for 6 weeks last winter and had a great time. Park is clean with tar roads and large sites. Lots of activities and great people in the park as well as ownership and staff. Close to beaches and area activities.

The staff could not been nicer or more accommodating. Skip showed us to our site and got us situated. The snowbirds and residents were great fun. Lots of activities, bingo, dancing, poker. Quiet at night and in the am. Reasonable rates.

The park was decent. Does need to be updated a little. Allows dogs. The price was good for that area. Not to busy for January. Spaces were very close. But all in all a pleasant visit. Has a decent clubhouse with activities. Staff was nice.
