Sites are VERY small. This was a family trip which included our 2 grandsons 8 and 13. There was no where for them to play other than a kiddie playground at the entrance to campground. No open area where they could play ball or frisbee. I thought it very strange that we all had to wear wristbands that showed we... More

I wish I had checked out more. So tight. We have children that live in the area and they charge 10.00 a day extra if they want to visit.Wendy seems to be the only deceit person here.Been here twice, the first time and the last time.

Not good for big rigs. Campers are squished in like sardines. Could barely get slide puts out. Awnings is hanging over next door roof. Took 45 minutes to back in our 45 ft. Fifth wheel. Ruts in the ground trying to get in. No gravel. Just grass and sand. Expensive for what it is. Many permanent rvs. Needs upgraded. Won't... More

We have stayed at this campground several times in the past, most recently in March, 2014. There are many positive, good things about this place: nicest laundry room I've encountered, excellent location, dog-friendly (fenced-in area, waste bags provided, several waste receptacles available), daily garbage pick-up, friendly staff. However, there are some down sides too: extremely tight, close quarters, internet very... More

This campground is well run. The staff friendly. But with pullouts next door our awning almost touched their pull out. To close for comfort. The location is great, close to beach, etc. If you're there to do other things and spend your time indoors it wont bother you a bit.

Was nervous about staying here as saw a few,not so good reviews. But we stayed and we will certainly stay again. Check in was seamless and office personnel was wonderful. We were escorted to our site and they helped back us in. Restrooms are very clean and showers were clean with hot water. Power, cable and water are at the... More

WOW, I must say, some of the reviews are really bad. Our stay was pretty good. Major con is the sites are super tight and close together. The actual hook ups are very oddly placed. We had our water close but power was way over to the left. Fortunately we had an extension for the power cord. Our friends' water... More

7 years I had my rv there. Seven. It was crammed in the skinniest site, so skinny that I was told was infrequently used for this reason. But I liked it and moved into it. I left for a job and they said they would move me to storage. They couldn't. The tractor wasn't up to it. So, at their... More

We read many reviews of this koa and we were very skeptical due to many negative reviews about a man named Brian "the owner" we decided against our best judgement and stayed anyway! The rest rooms were clean and the staff at the desk was helpful, however we spent our time shivering in fear of this "maniac" others expressed warning... More
