This hotel is being remodeled. During our visit, the second floor was closed. The lobby had been completed. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was always a person at breakfast who greeted us. The front desk personnel couldn't have been nicer. One person even gave us a coupon for an area restaurant.

Excellent room condition and service. Hotel being renovated and so will be a great place to stay when renovations are complete but is fine to stay at now as well. Renovations are only a very minor inconvenience. Staff is very riendly and helpful.

Very clean motel! The first things I check are the sheets and the cleanliness of the bathroom. Both get 5 stars. King with luxurious sheets and duvet. Nice, courteous people at the front desk. TOPS attend a conference in Punta Gorda and we were given excellent rates at this location. We were made to feel welcome from the time we made reservations until we departed our stay. The staff was very helpful in all areas and the rooms were very clean and comfortable with pleanty of room for all your belongings

This Hotel was nice in a pinch. We were moving from Florida to Texas and this hotel was just off the highway. There is major construction going on in all the main areas. It severly impacts the guests. ie breakfast area , parking, front desk. The internet is slow etc. The staff however is so helpful. I have stayed here 5 times in the past couple of years and they stand out. After this trip I dont know if I'll go back.... More

Renovation makes this a lousy stay. Rooms were nice, but amenties were missing and common spaces non=existent. Yet we paid full price. Work was loud and untimely. Staff was not always available. Coke machine was empty for our entire 3 night stay. Pool was nice and heated.

Supposed to be remodeling but there was a stop work order so nothing was being done. There's a big lake behind the hotel with at least one big alligator we saw swimming around!
