There are multiple buildings on the property and only one of the buildings are completely renovated and/or newer. There were mulitple items in the room that were completely unfunctioning. My family and I spent a week here and it was great. We stayed in the Key West building. The place was like brand new, flat screen tvs, dvd player, modern kitchen.
