Booked the trip through Wyndham office located in Orlando.- they matched Expedia price of $79 per room per night- though at first they were going to charge me $159 a night- then I mentioned Expedia's price and they matched it. I asked for a pool view and the guy taking the reservation said he would see what he could do.... more

We stayed at this resort 6/21 to 6/28/09. I was extremely nervous after reading so many negatives reviews. I'm happy to say we had a terrific time. We were a party of 6 with three one BR units. Fortunately we all stayed in the Areca Building which has recently been renovated. What beautiful units. All appliances were brand new. The... more

My family which consists of myself, hubby, young son, teenage daugghter, and mother stayed at this OVERARTED property. We werent impressed from the moment we waited in the registration line for 20 minutes to the time we entered our room. We reserved a 2 bedroom presidential suite, which looked more like a run down 2 bedroom average suite. The furniture... more

Had a RCI week to use up and this was the only place with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for the week we needed. Unit was well equipped and comfortable. Request for replacement coffee maker and a pasta pot were addressed promptly. Everyone is very friendly. Best to ask for the highest unit you can get with a view away... more

The check-in staff was professional but friendly and the process at the front desk and concierge desk went very smoothly as compared to other timeshare resorts (specifically, Berkeley Resorts Massanutten resort) I have visited through RCI. There was no mad rush of families trying to check in at 4pm. In fact, several days earlier, I had called ahead to request... more

I am 27 years old and I came to this resort with my sister who is 24 and my mom who is in her 50's. We were a little apprehensive because of the reviews on this site, but we were very pleasantly surprised. We had a room that did not face the pool at first and we requested to move... more

This resort was conveniently located to the other sister resorts so we had a lot of options. Although I think that this one was the nicest, the other resorts offered heated pools and locations right on the beach. The drive to the beach was less that 15 min. away and parking on the resort properties was a cinch. The staff... more

We spent the week in a 2 bedroom suite with two parents, a set of grandparents, and 4-yr old, 2-yr-old and 2 month old children. The unit had a full kitchen and included a stacked washer/dryer in the master bdrm. The mstr bdrm had a king bed and a jetted tub and seperate shower with double sinks. The 2nd bdrm... more

BED BUGS!!!! We had a nice time while there - large condo-style unit, beautiful heated pools, free mini-golf. However, I was bitten by BED BUGS! I discovered this when I got home and was covered in over 150 bites - mostly on my arm and neck. I went to the doctor who diagnosed my problem. Very painful and itchy! I... more

My family and I stayed at Palm-Aire for one night in mid-February. The resort is very pretty, with lush palm trees and a courtyard with a large pool and recreation area. We liked our room a lot – a spacious 2-bedroom with a balcony overlooking the pool. The resort is older, but it is well-maintained. The area where the resort... more
