We have been going to Palm Island for over 13 years as a family. There are 28 of us now- brothers, sisters, mom, dad, and our children and their children. This place has gotten better. It used to be fair but there are definite improvements. We each get a room on the island and share each others lives for a... More

You can only get to Palm Island by ferry or boat. Check-in is at 4pm. We had a package with golf cart, kayak, and bike rental. They do not tell you that the golf cart rentals closes at 6pm, so if you want to explore when you get there, forget it if you don't arrive in the 2 hour window.... More

Got to the front door of the villa and found that one of the keys didn't work. When you would flush the toilet in the master bath the water would almost come over the sides and was very slow to complete it's cycle. Placed a call to front desk on Friday at 5:30 pm and received a voicemail. They called... More

We only stayed for one night , but absolutely loved it !! The resort was excellent and the lifestyle VERY relaxed and laid back. It would be a good idea to lay in some groceries because there is not any real retail on the island.

Great family retreat. Grocery shopping for all meals is essential. Golf cart rental is also key & a fun way to explore the island. Be sure to reserve your golf cart ahead of time on a busy weekend because they WILL run out. This is our 3rd year staying & we will 100% be back. This year we stayed in... More

We stayed last week in a 1 bedroom beach villa (3411) The property was very nice but the bedding on the king bed desperately needed to be updated. The sheets were almost see through. Also the cushions on the couch were full of holes. But everything worked the bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The weather and beach were very... More

My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom villa with a view of the beach for 3 nights. I will start off by saying we enjoyed our stay and found the island relaxing and comfortable and we are returning for another visit in a few weeks and taking our 10 year old grandson. Our villa was clean and in... More

We stayed at the Marina Villas.....ours had very dirty carpet and the furniture felt dirty. The TVs were older and small screens....not what you would expect in todays market. The rental agent office is across the highway so it is not easy to lodge complaints. For instance, they could stop by or even call to insure you were happy....nope. On... More

My family, my brother's family, and our mom vacationed on Palm Island in late March for the kid's Spring Break. We didn't stay at the resort but visited almost daily. The restaurant was great...good food and a good variety. We had 7 kids (ages 5-11) and saw the pirate show. We all loved it. And we managed to visit one... More

Our family spent a wonderful weekend here. The condo was updated and came with all the amenities that we needed, the beaches were quiet and serene, and the hotel staff was very accommodating and polite. We brought all of our food understanding the lack of food and questionable quality at the restaurant, so I really cannot comment on that experience.... More
