Stayed in a condo at the Marina. Loved it. We are sailors and even though we were offered an upgrade to the Island, preferred to say where the boats were. Still had access to pool and all amenities. Wonderful place for a getaway!! Leverocks Restaurant, right on the grounds!! Fantastic food and atmosphere. Looking forward to a return trip.

Ok, when we first arrived at the resort @ 2.30pm, I know check in is not till 3pm, but we didn't get into our room until 5.30pm. Not very happy.... 2nd Day - We rented a golf cart, the teenager girls were driving, when the golf cart stopped. So they decided to push it, it then took off by itself... More

We usually stay at a beach where there are properties all lined up along the beach bit this was such a nice, quiet place. 95% of the staff were friendly, happy, and made us feel welcome. The ferry runs constantly back & forth (you have to drive your car into the ferry which only takes about 5 min. to get... More

Five perfect days at the ultimate family vacation spot! Relaxing, peaceful, and wonderful amenities. Loved the quick walk to the beach every morning to swim, go shelling and find shark teeth. We'll be back!

A typical day for us at Palm Island Resort goes something like this—coffee on porch overlooking the Gulf, bicycle or walk to the cove, swim in Gulf, lounge at pool, lunch at villa, back to Gulf, walk to Rum Bay Restaurant for dinner, cycle to cove to watch sunset (and sometimes dolphins). The Gulf water was exceptionally calm and soothing... More

We spent 3 nights here and were amazed by the location, the trip starts with the 55 usd shortest car ferry ride of my life and then you enter a different world. The resort is vast and 30 years old but extremely well maintained, the villa are fantastic with multiple small villages with different sizes of appartments (condos), we had... More

Peaceful, beautiful, oasis, magical, immaculate, romantic. The service is prompt and efficient. There is a small restaurant and bar, but just as easy to bring your own groceries and play weekend gourmet. The beach is well maintained, shells galore, turtle nests and amazing sunsets. In summer, rent a cart. You'll need it!

I almost don,t want to write a review because I don't want people to know about it. Its the best kept secret. This was our 3rd trip to Palm Island. Such a fun and relaxing place. My favorite mini vacation spot. You feel like you are in your own beach house on your own island. Never crowded. The beach is... More

We wanted to getaway from the hussle and bussel of life and this is the place to go. We have 2 teenagers and weren't sure what to expect as this was our 1st time. We have been going to Palm Island for over 13 years as a family. There are 28 of us now- brothers, sisters, mom, dad, and our children and their children. This place has gotten better. It used to be fair but there are definite improvements. We each get a room on the island and share each others lives for a... More
