We've rented from Meyer a few times now, each time thinking it will be better. The condos just aren't cleaned & kept up as well as those we've rented from individuals or smaller companies, though.

The check-in time of 3pm with a check-out time of 10am robs you of a day while you still pay for it. You may be told you can call a few days before your arrival to see about checking-in earlier "if no one stayed there the prior night." Be aware that when you call a day or two before you arrive to ask about that aforementioned "early check-in", they'll tell you that the policy changed and actually no one is allowed to check-in early anymore. Funny that this is what I was told a few weeks ago, and now a friend of mine made her reservation with them for June and they are telling her the same "you might be able to check-in early" story. Fishy.

Besides, the late check-in was explained to me as allowing for "quality assurance" measures... more
