We highly recommend the Pensacola Victorian B & B. We have stayed with Barbee almost each winter as we head south and have never been disappointed. The B & B is situated near the center of Pensacola and is within easy walking distance of a variety of activities. Our room this year (we call it the blue room) had been... More

I had never been to a Bed and Breakfast ever so this was my first experience. My girlfriend loves Victorians so I knew this was the B&B i need to book. Barbee the innkeeper was so nice and her cooking was fantastic. I keep sneaking cakes from the dessert tray when my girlfriend wasn't looking. Barbee was very knowledgeable about... More

I showed up late to the Pensacola Victorian. The innkeeper was gone, though an envelope with my name on it was taped to the door. Inside lay a skeleton key and a note, bidding me welcome and explaining that the innkeeper had gone off to run errands. The place had been done up for Christmas, the wood floors creaked underfoot,... We recently stayed at this Bed and Breakfast and had a very enjoyable and comfortable experience. Its an old house that was fortunately spared the wrecking ball some years ago by people who care about history. The pictures associated with this listing give a very accurate depiction of the house. Unfortunately, what you can't see is that much of the... More

This was our second stay at this bed and breakfast (the last was 6 years ago). It is a beautiful home, made cozy by many sofas, chairs and nooks to nestle into. I always think it's a shame that I can't stay in the house all day and just read and enjoy the atmosphere. We stayed in the Captain's Room... More

Great atmosphere, wonderful Ms Barbie (innkeeper)-a fantastic cook, will share stories on the history of the home. A good location (historic district), beach, restaurants, antique shops, and farmers market are all nearby. Price is reasonable, amenities are a nice touch and another plus was walking thru the front door after a long day at the beach and the downstairs filled... More

From our arrival Ms. Barbie made us feel at home and welcome. The location was easy to find and very centrality located for all of Pensacola. The breakfast was wonderful for each of the 3 days we where there. She provide local tourist information and was on call for special needs.

My husband and I stayed two nights at the Pensacola Victorian Bed & Breakfast in June 2013. The home is beautifully decorated. It is like stepping back in time. There is so much character in the house from the creaking floorboards and stairs to the skeleton key that opens your room’s door. The innkeeper Barbee was very pleasant and made... More

This place was a great find. We stayed here for the weekend at a rate we would have paid for a hotel, but got so much more. The innkeeper was so warm & welcoming, ready to help w anything we needed, including picking a restaurant :) The fridge was stocked w cold beverages, there was hot coffee & tea, and... More

A wonderful stay during a difficult time (attending a funeral), made all the better with Barbee being so welcome and congenial. We initially booked for both fri and sat eve through a hotel web based reservation site, and soon after were sadly contacted directely by Barbee to inform and appolgize that only friday was available (web update on availability not...
