i stay here several times a year because it is in walking distance of seville quarter and the historical district, plus its a fairly short drive to the beach. rooms are very reasonably priced and have always been satisfactory. i will stay here again. more

It was a good stay, but people remember you get what you pay for. The rooms were clean but old, the staff was friendly and anything we requested they got for us. Remember the price is cheap and you get a cheap clean older room. more

This is an old motel that is not fully recovered from hurricanes, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. You can't beat the location. You can walk to Seville Square and Palafox Street. Don't expect a pristine motel room but for the money you can't beat it in Pensacola. more

Lets face it, if you pay 60 dollars a night you are not staying at Buckingham Palace. The place is like any other for that price. The place is a dump! They need overhaul ..like new carpets and showers that work. Not worth staying at all. more

I just found the hotel to be substandard. That kind of toilet should not have been in a hotel room. I just felt "icky" Didn't find the people to be that friendly. There was so much noise in the parking lot one night. I knew there had to be a block party going on. Not my taste. more
