Dear Bab N. I am sorry that your stay with us was not satisfactory. It is unfortunate that you had to stay in a smoking room but when a reservation is made for a smoking room via a third party booking site, and we are sold out of non smoking, it is not possible for us to remedy the problem.... There was a lot of activity on the weekend we stayed, but the staff stayed on top of guests making noise etc. Our room was one that had been converted to wheelchair accesible and it was great!
