At 4:20 am I received a phone call from the front desk..."Did you call the front desk?" I told them I hadn't and tried to go back to sleep. What kind of nuttiness was that? The hot water was not hot, no matter how long I let it run. The price was cheap. I see why. more

I don't even know where to begin about this dumpy disgusting hotel. I got the deal on Priceline and stayed for 3 nights. The door to the room wouldn't open; you had to literally bang your whole body against it to open it. The room smelled musty and gross. The bathroom had hair all over the floor, a ring around... more

This hotel is horrible, do not stay here. Stayed one night, glad to get out of there. Arrived late one night and the desk clerk gives us a room that smells like mold and was damp. The second room didn't smell, but the furniture had stains and all the carpet in the hotel was stained. The bathroom only had one... more

We picked up a travelers guide at a rest stop along the way and it advertised this hotel to be brand new. It definately wasn't. It was remodeled at best. The carpets were stained and filthy, the room door didn't close properly and the room had a musty odor. When it was time to shower there was no hot water.... more

It's an older hotel, but recently remodeled. They did a decent job, but it was obviously a budget-conscious project. Service is basic. Front desk was efficient, not overly friendly, not rude. Room had a nice sized fridge and complimentary in-room safe. Great water pressure in the bathroom. I had no hot water one morning; called the front desk and it... more

Staff nice. Tiny pool. Basic breakfast that didn't have hot items as advertised. Needed to request shampoo. Hotel assesses extra hurricane insurance fee of $3 per night. Hotel safe fee refunded upon request at checkout. Hotel had recent rehab but...room was HORRIBLE: smelly and very, very damp (more than simple Florida humidity). Everything felt and smelled wet--AC didn't help. The... more

Well... we were traveling with our pet , mini Dauschund, and when we got to the hotel we found out they don;t take pets but if we pay a 50$ deposit we could stay, so we paid the deposit then were asked to leave an hour later because of the dog, they also would not give us back the week... more

Our front desk manager was wonderful. Priceline had messed up our reservation, and somehow I was given a one bed room when I specifically requested a two bed room (family of four here). Ramada was not able to change the room, so the manager was able to talk to priceline about cancelling my reservation. She then gave me a discounted... more
