I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for 2 nights on business. It was a bit worrisome driving up and seeing tarps over the hotel, but they were just painting the exterior and renovating! I just returned from a 2 night stay in mid-December. The initial price I was quoted over the phone was $119. IMO, that would have been too much for this motel.
