Front desk and customer service is horrible !!! U guys need to hire better people ...u would think they would at least be a little nice since there's a bunch of veterans that stay here ! Worse service I've ever experience

We've stayed several times and it's a great value. The historical main bldg is our favorite ....except for the lack of elevator! But the stairs are great exercise! The kitchens are so convenient & help is save money by eating bfast in our room. The free laundry facilities are great too! Our only complaint has been of dirty carpets once... More
