Booked a pool view king bedroom..Got there and it was no pool view and then there was NO HOT WATER whatsoever!! A little aggravating

Room was very quiet. Hot and cold faucets on sink were reversed and mislabeled. Bottom drawer in dresser was off track. Both of these were reported to front desk.

First thing was the room was filthy. Sunflower seeds & Trash under beds, behind night stand, carpet was filthy. Turned on the cold water (at least I though) but was surprised by hot water.
