Stayed at Pensacola Garden Inn & Suites. Dirty! I don't think the edges of carpet had ever been vacuumed, the dirt had never been wiped off bathroom door, the shower was difficult to get going and the men at the front desk scored zilch for personality.

First off, the Pro of this hotel, is the location. It is right off the highway and easy to get too. Now for the cons. The none smoking room smelled like cat urine and smoke. The blanket on the bed (far from being able to be called a comforter) had burn holes in it from it looked like a cigarette.... More

First let me say I had a good 2 week stay here. I was here on business for 2 weeks and had to extend over for 3 days. In most cases I like to stay with independant operators, where you are able to deal directly with management that can make a decision. I was granted a weekly rate that I... More

I can't even begin to explain the horrors of this place. On the first night we found two spiders. On the second night we found a cockroach. Pillows were flat. TV was old and grainy. There weren't enough towels. The "mini fridge" was more like a freezer. Outlets were boken and wouldn't hold a plug. The place was run down... More

Stayed here passing through. Best Western next door wanted $149. These Guys were $69 plus tax. Old, poor repair but serviceable. Nothing terrible, but not very nice. If your squeamish or have kids I'd steer clear.

This place was awful. We traveled around the coast for the week and had issues in pensacola finding a room. After many no availabilities this one spot was open. We opened the door, and went to walmart to get our own blankets. The room smelled, the outside air smelled, the pool area was very pretty far away, but was a... More

The rooms were decent and pretty clean. The desk clerk was friendly and gave us directions for food. It was not bad for the price and the housekeepers were actually pretty good. It was a good price compared to the other hotels who were charging a little too much.

We were only staying one night and just wanted something cheap. This definitely qualified as that. It was half the price of next door but you get what you pay for. Room quality was below average. The carpet was dirty. The walls were overdue for a proper spackle and paint job. Some of the lights didn't work. The bedspreads are... More

This motel looked nice but was old and run down and it was expensive! The non smoking room we got was filled with smoke (I'm asthmatic so that didn't work!) The girl said there were no King sized beds available when I asked and then all of a sudden when we went back to the office to complain about the... More
