Finding the hotel was a breeze and with lots of free parking spaces we felt pleased before we went to check in. We were warmly welcomed, given our room keys and invited to attend the complimentary 'happy hour'. Beer, wine and nibbles on offer-what's not to like?!! Our room,201, was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Although directly above the reception... More

This place has been redone SO well! The rooms are contemporary and the lobby & courtyard are charming as well! I'm a local and stay downtown often for special events so I have quite a few stays at neighboring properties to compare it to. Actually I am planning a large event for next year with multiple Mardi Gras krewes in... More

Loved the decor - a little bit retro, a little bit Vegas. Fun! Front desk staff was personable and chatted us up about the Pensacola Seafood Festival going on practically in the front of the hotel. Housekeeping overlooked us but not a big deal since we were only there 2 nights - plenty of towels. Super clean by my standards... More

This gem in Pensacola was perfect. The staff was so professional and friendly. A perfect breakfast was served in the morning - just enough to get you started. We didn't get to partake in the evening cocktail hour but that's a very nice addition. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and the king bed was very comfortable. Mini fridge was... More

Someone has had a great idea here, take a traditional motel and bring it right up to date. So we have the best of both worlds, easy access to the rooms, but with up to date décor and reception facilities. This property is within easy walking distance of the whole downtown area, which has a charming European feel to much... More

This has to be the best kept secret in Pensacola.. Excellent, clean, newly remodeled and convenient facility.. Friendly staff and housekeeping.. The price is very affordable and the location TOPS!!!! If you ever come to Pensacola and do not visit or stay at this facility you are doing yourself a disservice... The breakfast are also rather satisfying and did I... More

On our road trip from Orlando to Denver our first stop was Pensacola. Got a room at Sole based on TA reviews. They were right. This renovated 50's style motel was just perfect for a quick overnight. Clean, nicely decorated and pleasant staff. Perfect for the reasonable price.

My husband and I spent less than 24 hours in Pensacola on a business trip and this motel served our needs perfectly. Reasonably-priced, this motel reminded me of the Travelodges and Howard Johnsons of my youth, without the hideous bedspreads and drapes. Updated with a modern feel, including funky lamps, our bed was comfortable and the shower had adequate pressure.... More

We stayed here overnight from our road trip from Florida to Texas, our first impression was that it is definitely different than most other hotels. It's a remodeled motel, and has this modern yet retro vibe to it. We had just made it for "happy hour" in the afternoon when we checked in which was great because it was not... More

Clean, convenient, and a good price. You can walk to the entertaining areas of Palafox St and Seville Quarter. A short drive to the beach and other attractions. We stayed there to attend an evening baseball game with the Blue Wahoos--about a mile walk to the stadium. Nice/helpful staff. The décor was very modern, but you can tell this was... More
