We stayed there on a recent trip to New Orleans and the hotel was clean and comfortable, a few miles from downtown and better restaurants than those within a mile of the hotel but worth a few minutes drive.

We only stay at Country Inn and Suites and this was by far the smallest rooms/bathroom. The staff people were not rude but were not very friendly either. We felt like a "bother" to them. Would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Pensacola, Florida for business or pleasure. The location is great, with plenty of places to eat and easy to jump off and on I-10. This Hotel is nearly brand new. We actually thought we may have been the first people to stay in the room they put us in. Beautiful palm trees, and nice setting overall. Very nice friendly staff, and immaculate facility!
