Very nice house,close to the water with boat dock. The owner was great, she helped with local attractions and was able to answer any questions.about surrounding things to see and do.I have visited almost every beach on the Gulf of Mexico and Pensacola is by far the cleanest and nicest I have been to. Just wanted to clarify that the boat dock in front of one of the villas is not affiliated with us nor owned by us, the guest made a private arrangement with the owner to use it. We do not own any docks but have deeded access to Bayou Grande and guests may use our boat compound and boat launch as...

We enjoyed our views at this rental with a "homey" atmosphere. Near shopping and good dining. The air museum is a must see as well as downtown Pensacola. We were the first renters of this home.
