This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed. The rooms are filthy and like 60's outdated. I heard rats chewing all night. The walls are so thin I could here a woman coughing all night. Slept on couch in other room which was more comfortable then the plywood beds. Heater smelled like butt and had to turn off.... More

I only stayed for a night, and needed a base to move around in the area from for business, but I'm glad it was only one night. Like others have said, it was outdated and the premises (I can't comment on the actual golf piece) was less than attractive. Other than that, my room definitely had a sweaty, funky smell... More

Rooms are in need of updating. The sink in vanity area was stopped up so the water took forever to go down. Bathroom consisting of tub and toilet so small that you could not get dressed in the area. Air conditioner was so noise that we could not sleep. Was told that the air conditioner was new. Upon notifying management... More

Old, outdated facility, mediocre service, old rooms with old-fashioned small TV, no fridge, old carpet and bathrooms. Very limited selection at complimentary breakfast, which was really disappointing. Nothing like Embassy Suits or Marriott. I would never stay there again.

12 of us stayed at the Grand Palms resort and golf January 16-20, 2015 and really enjoyed ourselves. Sunny (our hostess) made us feel very welcome and did all she could to accommodate us and make us feel welcome and appreciated. We look forward to coming back next january. Gary Price

To say that they need to upgrade the property is an understatement. Are you kidding me - TVs in the Suite are old, small and date back to the 80's. No Flat Screens. Carpet had horrendous chemical odor and had to change rooms next day. They could spend some $$ on real toilet tissue, theirs is better suited for writing... More

I stayed here on Monday and Tursday in mid-January 2015. The place could use some updates. And apparently there is a rat problem. A sad looking rat was running through the hallway. I took pictures, and right behind me came a hotel employee with a stick and killed it. He was obviusly used to seeing eats at the hotel and... More

It was just a regular hotel stay. Nothing special. I don't play golf so there wasn't much I did. It was clean except for a roach we found the next day. The best thing was the shower head had great pressure. TV is old but big enough to watch from the bed. Only had lotion and bar soap no shampoo... More

A previous reviewer wrote that this was a motel on a golf course and that's exactly how to explain it. The website is a mirage as the experience is nothing like it.. My husband and I kept joking we needed to refer this place to Anthony from the show "Hotel Impossible". The decor is extremely outdated.. The housekeeping is terrible.... More
