We have stayed in rooms ranging from $500/night to $40/night. So for this property, you must keep the COST/ACCOMMODATIONS ratio in mind. The rooms are more Motel, than Hotel style. Very simple layout. Bed is average and firm, no luxury mattresses here. Pillows were comfortable though. Carpets are old (recommend bedroom slippers). Bed, Shower, toilet and sink were clean. TV... I had the pleasure of celebrating my uncle's 60th birthday party at your hotel a couple weeks back. The party in itself was great. The staff was efficient and friendly; but the days leading up to it weren't so great. We came down for our free continental breakfast and was chased down by a small elderly woman for our "coupons."... More

We are very sincere appreciation for the report regarding restaurant and the service provided. We’re taking immediate steps to correct the waitresses involved in a matter in which they treat our guests. We train our staff to treat each & every guests as a VIP and certainly by your comments something obviously went wrong. We can ensure you we are... More

This hotel is located in a great area of broward county. Its in Pembroke Pines which is close to many attractions but a bit away from the noise of the main city. You will be located roughly 20 minutes from Sawgrass Mills Mall, 35 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Beach and About 50 minutes from Miami night life. Whilw those might... More

Had a great golf trip. Out west of Ft. Lauderdale. Rooms were redone since last visit. Much better. Played 27 holes golf each day. 3 different nines. Greens excellent and smooth. Will come back. Buddy lives nearby and the hotel is also just a few minutes from the casino where we hung out at night.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write such a great review on our golf course. Everything on our premises is getting a make-over. The renovation of our rooms is 3/4 done and both the golf course & restaurant has been renovated. I am glad this establishment exceeded your expectations and we would love to have you back... More

The pictures on the website are very misleading and the reality is a big disappointment. This property is a motel and not a hotel. The whole place is very badly in need of modernization and upgrading to meet the needs of the modern traveller. It appears to be stuck in 1970 and nothing appears to be have been maintained or... This was absolutely the worst hotel, really motel - we checked out within 15 minutes after receiving our room key. The name of the hotel is deceiving, this is a motel not a hotel - 2 story building with entry into the room from outside. However, let's recap my brief stay at the Grand Palms. First, the room door would... More

I will start my review by giving Esther Kudos for trying to help us out, she did her best to get us a room that we could stay in. We checked into a king room, found the a/c unit sounded like a jet taking off. This room had been remodeled and was very nice, we thought the rest of the... More

This place is a duump. It was probably in the 70s and has had ZERO maintenance or upgrades since then. I felt like I was staying at my great grandmas house. Old flower pattern carpet, stinkey rooms, the "free" breakfast sucked. My waitress was a 1,000 years old she couldn't hear although she was nice. I'm sure you get a... More

We could not have been more disappointed in this property. No spoons available in the restaurant for breakfast, no cream for the coffee, the food was awful, the toilet in the room made a high-pitched squealing noise whenever it was flushed, no elevator . . . a tired hotel with no regard for service. The waitress advised that she couldn't... More

Stayed here 2 nights for a youth baseball tournament. Rooms smell terribly of floral deodorizer to try and cover a musty smell. Beds are small and everything is old and in various states of disrepair.
