I also wouldn't call this a resort but room wasn't too bad. It's a bit dated but the room we had had been remodeled w/new carpet, good king bed, big closet, good cable service and TV, and even had a ceiling fan and light. The vanity is outside the toilet/shower room and had good towels and wash clothes. We had... More

I took my girlfriend on her first vacation and picked this place based on the listing here. The pics of the room is not what you will walk into. Amenities listed microwave and fridge and my room had neither. The wall unit in which the tv is located had a thick layer of dust and what looked like wet tissue... More

We strive to please our guests and one important act to accomplish this is our standard routine to call the guests and ask them is everything to their liking. Our records show that you received our call and answered to the positive without any remarks suggesting your dissatisfaction. If you would have expressed a complaint. We would have corrected the... Grand Palms is still a great getaway from the winters in the north. The golf course is fun to play and there are great people working there. Specifically, Sparkles, Sonny and Linda go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Our group has been going there for over 15 years and will keep returning. The one down side... More

This is not worth what you pay. It is VERY outdated, there is mold on the celing (both my husband and I are allergic) and the smell is musty and gross. At first I was happy to hear they served breakfast 7-10am, but then I got there.. NO coffee, the food was gross and everything was stale. The housekeeping sure... More

Nice older hotel. Has 3 9 hole course's. Fun place to play. Staff Is Great. We used the driving range and played 2 days. It is always great to play golf in February. Where else can you go and be guaranteed great weather except south Florida. Would play here again

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed. The rooms are filthy and like 60's outdated. I heard rats chewing all night. The walls are so thin I could here a woman coughing all night. Slept on couch in other room which was more comfortable then the plywood beds. Heater smelled like butt and had to turn off.... More

I only stayed for a night, and needed a base to move around in the area from for business, but I'm glad it was only one night. Like others have said, it was outdated and the premises (I can't comment on the actual golf piece) was less than attractive. Other than that, my room definitely had a sweaty, funky smell... More

Rooms are in need of updating. The sink in vanity area was stopped up so the water took forever to go down. Bathroom consisting of tub and toilet so small that you could not get dressed in the area. Air conditioner was so noise that we could not sleep. Was told that the air conditioner was new. Upon notifying management... More

Old, outdated facility, mediocre service, old rooms with old-fashioned small TV, no fridge, old carpet and bathrooms. Very limited selection at complimentary breakfast, which was really disappointing. Nothing like Embassy Suits or Marriott. I would never stay there again.
