My Husband and I had the worst experience ever when staying at Boardwalk Hotel (Not Condo's). There were roaches everywhere and the quicker you killed 5 of them, 5 more wouled appear. After complaining, we were moved to the Condo's on the same property. Lovely.....Again, don't get the hotel mixed up with the Condos on the same property. more

This is the hotel section of the resort, not the highrise condos. There is no sharing of facilities with the condos since those are rented out by the owners and access is restricted to the renters. Our friends stayed at the condos which are better equipped but do not include daily housekeeping or breakfast. Our hotel room faced the gulf... more

Do not confuse the resort with the tacky convention center with old & run down hotel rooms. They will rent the hotel rooms at [--]. They describe the beautiful pools & hot tubs (which was a big must for our family), however, if you stay at the hotels you cannot use the (1) hot tub at the resort. I guess... more
