We spent 4 days at The Commodore at Panama City Beach in April. We stayed in room 810 which was a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom corner apartment with an incredible wrap around balcony that afforded stunning views along the beach both east and west. All the bedrooms were en-suite with very comfy beds and light 'beachy' decorations. There was a... More

I have been staying at The Commodore since 2001, 2 weeks in the spring and 2 weeks in the fall with multiple other days throughout the years. I booked April 18-May 24, 2015 back in October 2014 and in February was sent my confirmation with my rate due of 2411.04 which is about what we normally pay to stay at... More

I am very sorry that this guest feels that he was not treated fairly. This guest usually stays two weeks in the Fall and one week in the Spring. Our Fall rates are cheaper than our Spring rates. The guest decided to book two weeks in the Spring instead of one and the quoted price was for one week instead... More

Beware - pictures for 305 do not show true story. Carpet is filthy, same for furniture. Patio doors in living do not close properly or open correctly. Wind blows thru and sounds like a siren. TV's outdated. The best things about this unit is the bathrooms and thats not saying a lot.

My family and I( seven of us with 3 children) spent the Christmas holidays. This was a very bad experience. The only thing in the unit that matches the pictures is the view out the window. The unit has not been updated in years. The tvs are old and tiny. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. The beds are awful(you would... More

This unit is not on the Commodore Rental Program. An off site Rental Company rents this unit and does not require the higher level of accommodations as The Commodore Rental Program does. Please do not judge the units on The Commodore Rental Program by those that are on other Rental Programs. More

We have stayed at the commodore for years. This was by far the worst condo we have ever stayed in. Mold in the master bathroom, Leaky toilet, and the light was falling out of the ceiling. The beds were all terrible. If you like to sleep on springs then go here. I wanna a bed that doesn't poke me when... More

Decent place - nothing special or horrible. One thing I found to be "out-of-the-norm" - if your going to use the kitchen buy/bring EVERYTHING you need - dish soap, coffee filters, salt/pepper. The couple units we have rented include a complete set of pans, dishes and utensils but it stops at that. You can walk to Schooners for very casual... More

Read a lot of reviews and decided to stay here even with mixed reviews. Check-in was easy and once we got to our room we were both surprised. We were on the 4th floor with a perfect view of the gulf. The condo was very clean and well furnished. I can't account for all the condos in the building but... More

Was invited to come stay with my daughter and her husband who made the reservations. This was the 2nd year they stayed at the Commodore and the first for me and my husband. The 2 bedroom/2 bath unit on the 9th floor had excellent views. Furnishings were tasteful. Loved the tile floors throughout!!!! Really hope we get invited back next... More

We had a great time at this condo. It is older, but it was clean, had plenty of room (we had unit 606, a 3 bedroom) and everything worked properly. We had plenty of hot water and the a/c worked great. A nice maintenance man helped to "unstick" a balcony door and replaced light bulbs on the balcony within a... More

We stay here every year, once we even stayed here twice in one year. Yes, condos are older but you don't have to worry about your kids seeing a lot of drunks and wild teenagers that you would see if you stayed on up the street a mile or two. The beach is very quite, we usually travel down with... More
