This is by far the best location to stay if you want to be close to all of the Spring Break action. The price of a 1 BR was less expensive then a standard hotel room in the area. We stay in the Larger of the two Boardwalk Resort and we were upset because of a few things. My family and I stayed at the Board Walk Beach and Resort, which is managed through Royal American Hospitality. The front desk staff is very rude and lacks customer service. When you book online you will find your total is not what they expect you to pay at check-in. This is my 4th time and final time staying there. Each an every time I have had issues. Beautiful resort, beautifully furnished 2 bd 2 ba "B" unit pool, beach, bar, restruant easy to get to and stunning views from the 20th floor. Floors could have been cleaner as they were all tile and easy to clean, but other than that you wont be dissapointed more
