Although the appearance of the building on the outside may not be very appealing, the inside was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and the beach was at access as soon as you walked out the door. This will definitely be a place to return.

The staff here are very rude, especially the owner. I was told I could have a lower rate starting the 3rd night by staff when I checked in, but on the 3rd day, the owner said, "NO, PLUS STAFF DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO AUTHORIZED TO LOWER RATES." The room had bad oder, we saw a few insects in... More

Clean, friendly, cozy. Had a great time with my family this summer. We will stay here again next summer. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Very close to Pier Park shopping and restaurants. Can't wait to go again.

My husband and I along with our 13 year old son decided we would stay at this place, when u walked in the owner asked me how many adults and children, when I told him about my son, he asked me if he was mine...I in a joking manner said I hope so I gave birth to him, he said... More

It is great to sit on your deck or look out your room window and see the water. Location is great, it has a kitchenette, and the price is reasonable. The room is basic and needs updating. Room 231 was damp and the ceiling dripping as the AC was having challenge keeping the room cool. The windows were old and... More

I called here to see if there were any rooms available for this week. As I was asking he hung up on me. I though we just got disconnected so i called back. He just hung up on me again. Then I checked the reviews! Thank goodness for Trip Advisor, It saved me from further dealings with these people!

This Motel is original to the area prior to the storm damage several years ago. The rooms are outdated; appliances and beds pretty old. Staff was friendly. Centrally located to all attractions, eats, etc. I would rate it 2.5 stars.

My husband an I have stayed here several times over the years. Very reasonably priced. The owners only rent to adults, so there's no worries with teenage raves and loud noise going on. Great little place to get away and relax on the beach!

WOW! We took our 4 kids for a week starting the 15th. The kitchenette was a bonus for us to save money by not eating out every meal so it was a little more. We paid 159 plus tax. When we got up to the room there was no fold out sofa as stated was included with the 159 nightly.... More
