I have stayed at Regency Towers several times and think it's a great place. Two large pools, a lot of beach frontage, new hot tub/spa, and a nice layout in the two-bedrooms. The trick is to find out how new the unit is that you are going to rent. A lot of them have been remodeled and have new furnishings... more

A vacation at Regency Towers No. 207 is a great way to enjoy Panama City Beach. Walk in the front door and the very first thing you see is a magnificent view that makes the beach appear close enough to reach out and touch. Besides one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Regency Towers offers two pools; tennis,... more

Pleasant experience registering. Even allowed to check in early but upon opening our room #1004 door, understood why....it appeared that no one had been in the room for awhile. A piece of mirror had fallen onto the tile floor in hallway and left shattered glass from the front door through out the kitchen & living room. Tiny pieces of glass... more

This was my and my family's first time to stay at Regency Towers, and upon arrival we were pleased to find clean rooms and an outstanding view of the ocean from our balcony. (We stayed in room 213). The living and dining area was white, bright, and roomy--exactly what I had in mind for our stay. The kitchen had a... more

We were there for the World Series for sofball...and the room we got was on the 8th floor. We had no problems. It was so pretty everything worked. Had a great view. Very roomy. True the elevators need HELP! We got stuck and had to use stairs a couple of times....We were there the same time as other reviewer...yes, someone... more

We arrived at Regency Towers on Saturday July 10th we were already in PCB on July 9th (stayed at a much nicer place for the first night) RT rental staff knew this and I gave them a call on July 10th to let them know we were in town and had small children with us and I was told they... more

I have read and agree with the previous complaints re: the elevators. There are only 3 elevators for the entire place. We stayed on the 13th floor ( should have known it would be bad luck!) On the day we arrived there were no luggage carts to be found. Honestly, I believe there were only 5 in existance for a 14... more

I have stayed at Regency Towers since since it was originally built. It is back to its original glory! I have stayed at many condominiums up and down the beach through the years, and the Regency Towers is by far the best value for the dollar. It has the greatest beach, and I like the fact that the 2 very... more

Stayed in room 1018, 2BR/2BA on the beach. Very nice, new furniture, gorgeous view. Price was the best I found, and the private beach was beautiful. Would stay there again! more
