Stayed in a newly renovated 1 br unit. My wife loves the kitchen. The countertop, backsplash and tile floor is real nice. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The resort is about halfway through a project to redo all of the rooms. The staff is pleasant and eager to assist. The view is just dreamy. Be aware that ALL 1... More

OK, so I have mixed feelings about this place. This is definetly one of the older condo high-rises on the beach. This was the off-season and renovations were also going on, but they could have finished all renovations of a unit before using it. Upgrades that had been done were very nice (marble counter-tops and backsplash, and new tile). Carpet... More

This property is older, but they're renovating the rooms, and we got one of the renovated ones. It looked like new tile on the floors, and granite countertops. Fresh paint. The room was fine. We sat on the balcony and watched the sunset, the rays feeding and jumping along the shore, the pelicans skimming the water. The building exterior, walkways... More

This is one of the best beach areas, and the hotel is in a nice location. . . However the Rooms are in renovation. The Carpet is Disgusting!!! There are tiles that are cracked and the housekeeping does the Bare Minimum in cleaning. If you go, don't count on spending a lot of time in the rooms. The stoves really... More

Looking for a beach front get away. Great place to stay. The staff is very friendly, baggage trolleys ready to go, with help from the staff. So yes the place needs some up dates, but the view from the balcony is great and was a wonderful place to have breakfast, and drinks at night. Too bad the pool was down... More

If you're going for the beach, this place is adequate. The balcony was very nice and the resort is right on the beach. The staff was very nice as well as the workers handling construction onsite. They had trolleys readily available to get your luggage from the car to your room and back. Beyond that, it was below average. There... More

The review calling the Landmark "a dump" really upsets me. I have been going to the Landmark with my family for many years and always had a great experience. I can't defend the housekeeping issues that they remarked on, if they were true. I can only say that I have NEVER checked into a condo with those kind of issues.... More

This is the worst place we have ever stayed! Units are partially renovated. The night we checked in, the double beds in one bedroom only had mattress pads and bedspreads on them. Had to have maintenance bring up sheets. All of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Plates had dried food on them, glasses had dried milk in them-nasty!... More

This was our first time here. We traded it for a week of our timeshare, so don't know the cost by the night. We went in April, so there were a few days of rain, and it was windy since it was right on the beach. We had a one bedroom unit on the first floor which opened right onto... More

We've been going to Landmark for probably 13 years. Front desk has always been as helpful as possible to accommodate your request. I just spoke with Katie today to check on a couple rooms I have booked and as always she did a GREAT job with my inquiry. The rooms are good size and we go there to have a... More
