This resort had only one good thing about it and that was the pool. The room was not well maintained, ceiling tiles had water damage, and lights did not work properly.This place charges for all phone calls, even local calls. We have stayed at Jan's Place at Edgewater Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, Florida twice. We love it. The condo is clean, comfortable, and attractively furnished. The resort is fabulous with a beautiful, relaxing lagoon pool, on site full service restaurant, Pizza Hut, ice cream shop, beach, beach chairs, jet ski rentals, etc. We can't wait to go back! more

I know the best route is to book from an owner. We stayed at Golf villa 3108...absolutely fabulous! It overlooked the first hole green and the room was updated throughout and very CLEAN.
