Elevators were our only issue but it's an enormous place, what do people expect? Room was great as well as check in and within walking distance to Pier Park (love love love). Something for everyone at Tidewater. Superb location.

I read so many reviews on this place about the terrible elevators and I can say after seeing how huge this place is, that's to be expected! I never waited longer than 5 minutes for an elevator. This is our second year in a row staying here. Last year the elevators were terrible, we would have to wait 10 min plus. This place is a nightmare!! I spent 30 mins on the only working elevator going from the beach to 23rd floor. Twice this wk I just gave up and took the stairs. Check in was easy, parking garage was connected over street.Very convenient to Pier Park and several restaurants.Our condo was 1 bedroom, bunk beds in hallway and sofa bed. 2 bathrooms.
