The condo was dirty upon arrival, the carpet was awful. The pools was ice cold. The aquatic polayground was even colder. I am not sure what the person below was talking about. But we stayed at the Splash up until 5/16 and the hot tub was working the entire time with no interuptions. Splash has excellent room conditions and space. The beach is very close and very clean. The entire week there were maybe 100 people around us, plenty of room.... more

Splash is a nice looking place. Had a great water park for the young kids and the beach-though the beach itself is rather small people on top of each other.
