Stopped in PCB for 2 nights and started our visit here the first day. Enjoyed the convenient facilities and the great beach. No decent food options on site, but plenty of convenient places to stop before you get to the park. We did not see the fishermen on the pier catch anything, but they had some heavy duty shark gear.

We camped at St. Andrews and it was perfect. Very family oriented and everybody was respectful of each other. We swam at the beach and went snorkeling in the lagoon. Both were very fun. We spent a day at Shell island and saw dolphins up close! I loved every minute of it. (Early October)

St. Andrews campground has pretty good bath-houses, but the main attraction is the beach access and the beautiful sugar white sand and clear/blue/green ocean that is perfect for all of the snorkeling you can handle!!! We love it there and plan on going back. I do recommend going to Shell Island (St. Andrew's has a ferry you can pay to... More

What a beautiful campground. Our campsite opened up to the bay. Our very first night we looked out over the lagoon and saw dolphins. Quiets down very early each night. The ferry over to Shell Island is awesome. Shell Island was very secluded and romantic. Lots of shells. The kayaking was definitely an experience. My boyfriend did not know how... More

Pretty beach, but it does smell really bad. Seagulls everywhere. We went and did pick up shells they are everywhere on the beach, and if you want to see some alligator there are small ones here. Very crowded and not much room on the smaller side of the beach. Also there is a family of raccoons living in the rocks... More

Had a great time! The Park was great. It was clean and the sites were really nice. I really didn't see many bad sites either. Beach was terrific, they even offer a shuttle! I will definitely comeback 3 days is not long enough. Gonna bring fishing stuff next time for sure!

We camped here for a few days. The park is well set up with a fishing pier and a seperate beach access. The hiking trail was nice, we enjoyed it and the deer. It was easy to ride our bikes from the campground to the beach, and I loved the fighter jets flying over the ocean! Great place to camp

We tent camped for our last time. It was hot, but still great. I love this park. It is within 1/2 mile from the beach and even has boat access to Shell Island. The store at the beach has food and drinks. The also rent beach equipment and bikes. Large snow cones are sold by local college students for $2.00.... More

CAMPERS: For Your Eyes Only 😳 Our purpose for going to Panama City Beach was to be a fan of our granddaughter & her team during their season final girls softball tournament. As it turned out, we were perfectly situated between the two sports complexes they were using for games. We were tent campers. A majority of the sandy sites... More

If you're from the mountains or plains but love the ocean and find yourself in Panama City Beach, do yourself a favor and stop in St Andrews State Park. Our condo was about 6 miles away which made for the perfect bicycling/beach trip. A 20 minute bike ride put us in the company of a very friendly, welcoming staff, several... More
