On Saturday 3/21/14 we returned to the European Village after a long time and brought several friends with us. We once again decided to dine at Jazz 727 (the first restaurant as you enter from the parking lot). The restaurant was fully packed on the inside, so we sat at a table on their outdoor patio. As usual, the food... More

European Village is a bit of a "Almost riches to rags with a few gems" story. The resort was envisioned to be a full resort, condo/timeshare, retail and commercial area, modeled after a typical European town center, complete with the center plaza (piazza). Dreamed up by Peter and Silvia Roehr, the idea was fabulous and construction started in 2005 and... More

Went to European Village and although it was very pretty all the shops were closed down. There was one left open and they closed at 6 p.m. if you are looking to shop, don't bother going... There are still a couple of restaurants there that might be worth a try.

Mezzaluna Pizzeria, La Piazza Café and its Gelateria have been the mainstays of European Village since it first opened. Other restaurants have come and gone but now there seems to be a new wave of exciting eateries opening up here. 727 and Chop House 101 have just recently opened and are both excellent additions to the dining scene in Palm... We live in Palm Coast and we got to the Pizza place for dinner and the village is horrible looking, most of the shops are closed and there is only about ten stores in the whole village. the fountain is shut down and the courtyard is a mess no statues, and some of the bricks in the walkways are loose.... The European Village is still a mess. So sad.... I live in Palm Coast (recently) and it has not come back yet to what it it was once intended to be. Hopefully it will in time!

Stayed here four years ago and had a good experience. Tried it again recently and it's one step from totally closing down. Fifty percent of retail business is closed, grounds are in disrepair. So promising at one time but has definitly fell on hard times. Very disappointing.

My wife and I can't believe how depressing this place is. I am not sure its because the failed vision was so extravagant, or because its shady at night, but its even hard to come for dinner to one of the restaurants because you leave feeling depressed. I've been visiting PC area for 20 years and thought this was a... More

Place is horrible, full of scary looking creeps, who rents units. It's cheap, that's why it's full of trash!
