This is one of our favorite beach resorts. It's a cash-free/ tip-free resort that offers a lot for families. The property is nicely landscaped, and the buildings are very pretty. In terms of comparison to other beach hotels in North Florida, I think it is comparable to the Amelia Island Plantation or Ponte Vedra Inn, which are both older. We... More

We loved our experience at Hammock Beach!! While it easy a little pricey we found it to be well worth the experience!! The staff was so nice and helpful. The furnishings and grounds were gorgeous! And unlike some resorts we've been to on other beaches...the beach wasn't too crowded and they had towels and chairs always waiting for us! We... More

My husband and I visited the resort on June 17 and stayed for two nights. We'd never been to the resort before, but I had read so many great reviews on here. Like others have said, we also got confused as to where to park. Once we figured it out and pulled to the guard gate, we were greeted by... More

The hotel was very nice. We really liked the fact that the resort is "cashless" and adds gratuity to the checks. We thought that was certainly convenient. We ate at the hotel twice--1st at Loggerheads, which was a casual sports bar...DJ in the evening & the food was good bar food. We had pizza & the chicken sandwich. In the... More

This is a fantastic resort! Our family loves it! Unfortunately, this will be the last year we stay there - they raised the prices 40% in one year! That is ridiculous!

We were most impressed by their policy of just adding in the gratuity according to the service you recieve. In other words, if you eat at the resort restaurant, the gratuity is inlcuded in your bill. Each service at the resort is zipped on your card you are issued at check in. We found the service to be excellent. All... More

I stayed in a three bedroom suit which may have been bigger than my house. The rooms were laid out so that no bedroom was too close to another, and each had it's own bathroom. Beautiful rooms and fully furnished kitchen. The food was disappointing, granted I was on a business trip and it was mostly banquet/buffet style, but I... More

The place has it all, beaches, openness, nice venues with long reaching views and amenities and that is a plus. However, the experience did not correlate with the place for issues around management, security and handling of customers. Our particular event was for a family wedding which was lovely but unfortunately with a power outage our elevator needed to be... More

Overall we had a very positive experience from the moment we stepped on the property. The Valet and Bell services were excellent as was the Concierge that checked us in. Our unit was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The property itself has so many things to offer that it would be difficult to list them all. We were traveling... More

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The only thing we didn't like was the attitude of a few of the employees. I got the impression that if you weren't willing to just throw your money around that you were then classified as a 2nd rate guest. We were there for a wedding that was not held on site (we... More
