Nice hotel with a centrally located and very spacious bar/lounge area. We visisted for a business conference and this was set up very well for such events, keeping people congregated for large amounts of time. The concierge, Antonella, was first class and essentially planned our dining for three nights of our stay. Every recommendation was excellent and she catered well... More

Very Nice resort. The only complaint I have was with the room. I reserved a Suite and was not impressed with the unit I had. It was dated. I was expecting more for the $500.00 per night that I paid. As for the rest of the resort, it was above average. A real Golfers paradise..

I have been visiting PGA National for the Holidays for a number of years and it only gets better. The rooms, service, staff and food is second to none. My wife and I particularly enjoyed dining on the new iDeck and the lively activity in the lobby bar is second to none. I will be making my reservations for this... More

I visited as part of a business meeting and was not blown away. The property itself is ok (it's dates and has been updated somewhat) but the customer service and atmosphere was lacking. Not somewhere I will bring my family. Waited for a car and was no even greeted by the valet staff. Same at checkin. Standing at desk with... More

The resort is very nice, even though we don't golf. When I arrived the two gentleman got our luggage very fast and walked us in. ZIGGY was GREAT, he made sure we got our packages as soon as they arrived. We did have to change rooms because out first room was dark and on the lower floor, but the young... More

We went to the PGA National Resort and Spa to attend a wedding. The grounds were certainly lovely (though we don't play golf), and the bedrooms were not bad either. What I objected to most was the constant nickel and diming. For example, you get a promotional rate for the wedding, then get charged and additional $25 a day for... More

Thank you for your post and for your business staying with us. Please accept my sincere apologies again for the situation with towels. I will review with my team to correct. I have been coming to PGA National Spa for several years now and have to say this last visit was very disappointing. I was embarrassed to bring a first time guest there after I raved about how nice the spa was. Once we arrived check in was fine. I showed my guest around. We decided to head into the spa/whirlpool... Thank you for your post and for your business at our Spa. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconveniences while at the Spa. Yes you are correct as there was a drain clog we experienced in the locker room and had that engineering concern corrected. We recognize the need for some capital money to be added into the Spa... We stayed here due to proximity to Bascomb Palmer Eye Center. What a fabulous treat it was for us. Beautiful room, heavenly sheets & pillows, wonderful walk out views to water, sunsets and pool. The open welcoming room at the resort which included the best bar area ever, walk out to patio with fireplace. TV's, iinteresting people, friendly and small... More

We stayed here for one night on New Years’ Eve. From the moment we arrived and were greeted at the front door by one of the porters, we felt welcome and at home. My husband played one round of golf on the Champion course and I enjoyed a couple of treatments in the spa. Such a wonderful time. Look forward... More
