The property is very nice but furnishings in the room were dated. The staff was friendly and courteous. Restaurant was not open during the day for lunch, had to settle for bar food which is over priced. Looking for a golf resort this is a good place if you have lots of cash to spend. Here for a 5 day... More

I have stayed at a few Florida golf and spa resorts. PGA National is really no better or worse than any of the others. The hotel is older, but the rooms have been updated nicely. Two sinks in the room is nice and the bed was really comfortable. The grounds were expansive and in great shape. In my opinion this... More

We stayed at this hotel for its convenience to the Cruzan Amphitheater. We wanted a hotel that had the amenities of a nice pool and comfortable rooms. What we didn't expect was dirty bloody sheets on our beds when we returned from our concert at midnight. We called front desk to ask for housekeeping to replace the sheets and were... More

PGA National is a nice place, but we constantly were having problems with them charging our credit card after checkout. This first was 10 days after checkout for around $110.00. They got us confused with someone else and refused to help with the bill. After arguing with them for over 3 days. Finally just called AMEX and had them take... More

I visited while my husband was working. The decor was a little dated in the rooms (they need new patio furniture) but it was pretty nice besides that. It is a very nice hotel. It is RIGHT on the golf courses which is perfect for views and golf. Drinks (alcohol) was very expensive, but they do have a little coffee... More

My husband and I recently got married at PGA National Resort. We had over 70 guests attending from out of town so we thought this would be the perfect place for everyone. And it definitely was! The staff was absolutely amazing! Every staff member at the hotel was great from the valets and bellmen, to the front desk staff, bartenders... More

Just spent a few days here attending some meetings. The staff is EXCELLENT! Very friendly and always helpful, and my room was spotless. At the Concierge desk, Antonella goes out of her way to make sure the guests have no worries. She even sewed a button on a jacket for me, which I appreciated very much. I will visit this... More

My husband and I spent 4 days at the resort mainly for fun and tennis. The resort does have it all. Although I don't play golf, there was everything one would want for golf. Tennis pros, Debbie and Ian were outstanding instructors. When we were not playing tennis, we relaxed by the beautiful pool. The food at the restaurants was... More

Great way to spend the day. Choose a massage and enjoy the various international pools and poolside lunch. There is an out-door salt water pool--the water is imported from the Dead Sea. Then, there is an outdoor mineral pool--mineral water imported from France. Also, there is a circular outdoor fresh water, and jacuzzi pool. Indoors, steam bath, sauna and jacuzzi.... More

Attended a conference here recently and was very impressed. All staff were friendly and courteous. My room was spacious and nicely appointed with a large wall mounted flat screen TV. Food served in the conference rooms was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
