We had an enjoyable five day winter escape at this massive resort in Palm Beach Gardens. The huge hotel is in the middle of spectacular courses, about 25 minutes from PBI airport. While we were there, the resort was preparing for the Honda Classic and the Championship course was in top condition. The rooms are large and each has a... More

My husband and I stayed three nights here while on a business trip. I found everything to be above "par" here! From reservations to the beautiful, well appointed rooms, excellent food in the ibar, very nice staff, we had a wonderful stay here. The Spa is wonderful as well. The very nicest part of our stay was Carlo who went... More

This is a poorly managed property. Reservations are not well-handled. Room assignment is terrible. The rooms are very dark, with circa 1980 decor. Our television was frequently "no signal."The front desk has no idea where cottages or rooms are on the hotel grounds. The cottages on property should never be assigned to any guests. These cottages have no quality control. We... More

Stayed at this resort: dined, drank a little and played plenty of golf. After playing most key golfing resorts in the US I was really looking forward to a PGA backed resort. The PGA run the golf courses and the resort is owned by another entity. Unfortunately however there seems to be a common strategy for both sides; grab money... More

My girlfriends and I decided to get out of the Northeastern freeze and went to the PGA National Resort and Spa. Four days and five nights of the most relaxing, pampering and deferential treatment followed, led by Director of Operations Bill Horn and his fantastic staff. Each of us visited the spa (and the spa 'waters of the world' pools... More

Mediocre trip. We have been to Arizona, California and Florida over the last 15 years and this has been our least favorite location. Service was as best abysmal. Servers are all nice, but just overworked. Co-ordination between the bar and other serving areas is non-existent. Managements response to this issue is confrontation. Really! PGA National needs to look within. Your... More

I recently visited PGA National...I was the primary organizer in a group of 19 golfers. This was a pleasure trip not a corporate outing...although the resort clearly caters to large corporate groups. This was not my first trip to PGA, having been there with my spouse and another couple approximately a dozen years ago. The resort has gone through a... More

Had a Resort King Junior suite on 4th floor. Suite had a spacious balcony, spa products in walk in shower. All rooms were completely remodeled in the renovation. Hot tub & pool area were desolate on a cooler night but privacy was appreciated on this pre-Valentines trip. Enjoyed Couples massage in the Spa with Joseph & Abe. Thanks to Cecilia... More

Serious golfers, AVOID THIS PLACE. The Champions Course, walking, is a wonderful experience, no denying that. But everything else is designed to extract the MAXIMUM amount of money with the MINIMAL regard to service or the total golf experience. Went for a week with a group of golfers, intending to play 36 per day, as we have done for years... More
