My main complaint with this hotel was upon check-in. I got in a bit early, around 10:30am, and there were no rooms available. No problem - they asked for my cell phone number and would call me when a room was ready. About an hour and half goes by and still no call. I finally went up to the desk... More

As a reasonably well travelled d'hôtel user I found this hotel to be excellent . It's big yes but the service is great, the poolside is well landscaped and there's even live entertainment on a Saturday afternoon to sing along to. Plenty of space at mealtime, around the pool, in all the facilities ....free parking and good food selection A... More

I was here attending a conference for 3 days. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here, from the moment I drove in, looking at the grounds, every meal to the room view to the pool, the warn and friendly staff they have, and my experience at the spa. I just missed the golf lesson I wanted, but I did... More

My daughter got married in Palm Beach Gardens and insisted on having the wedding room block at the PGA National. At first, we disagreed because the room rates were significantly higher than other local hotel chains. BUT, after having spent the past weekend there, it was worth every penny and more. PGA is a resort with all the expected resort... More

My recent stay at the PGA property was mixed. There were some aspects of the resort that were excellent; there were other parts that left me wondering about whether I was at a 4-5 star resort. The positives--I always like to start with the positives: *the staff worked hard to make sure that your needs were accommodated. I'd say that... More

I was here on business, not to play golf. I suppose if I was a golfer I'd be more enamored? PROS: There is an actual gym here, with kettlebells and squat racks. This is HUGE in my world, where I'm usually stuck with a treadmill and perhaps a few hand weights if I'm lucky. Unfortunately, the gym is only open... More

A lovely place to relax, play golf and enjoy a good dinner at Ironwood Grille! Golf facilities were great. Palmer course was fantastic with beautiful settings. Only one negative comment: considering the overall cost of the stay, range balls should be included for guests.

I was here recently with 3 other guys for 4 rounds of golf over 3 days. From the valet to the front desk to the golf starters and wait staff, this property understands service. The room was large with very modern furnishing and a great balcony overlooking the pool. We played 4 different courses, all great. The lobby bar had... More

4 guys in our 40s arrived for a 4 day golf trip. Upon arrival we were advised we booked rooms incorrectly. The woman immediately made a bad situation great by upgrading us to meet our needs. All of the people we met at the resort were extremely helpful, pleasant and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. Even though the courses... More
