I've only been here for lunch a few times but very impressed. Just the building is worth seeing especially when you consider when the place was built ..... Long before i95, Worth Avenue, etc. it was built when the entire place was swampy Everglades. It's worth a few hours to see and walk around.

Hello my tripadvisor friends, We are well travelled and typically pick the best hotel we can stay out when we do. Last few years to give you some indication we stayed at Sandy Lane Barbados, George V Paris, Kiawah Island, and St. Regis Bal Harbour to name a few. This was my trip to take my daughter for 4 days... I first stayed at the Breakers in 1976. It certainly has changed, but for the better. More swimming pools, one for adults only. The Flagler Steak restaurant was very nice, we sat upside. We enjoyed the bars, 2 of them, in the hotel. Lots of young couples with young children. This is a special place to vacation.

We've been to the Breakers about 3 years ago for a drink and a stroll around the property and I told my husband I want us to come and spend some actual time at the hotel and enjoying all their facilities. And finally, in January we were able to do just that. The Breakers is one of the most luxurious... More

Last summer, my son’s baseball team headed down to Palm Beach County for a tournament. We couldn’t go down there for the whole tournament, but we went for a weekend. It was hot and muggy down there, but still a nice trip. Some friends suggested that we check out the Breakers. I’m so glad we did! Beautiful scenery! It also... More

I assume you will only be reading this if you do not run in the elite crowds of beautiful rich people - as those who do are not on Trip Advisor. it is a beautiful property with very polite and friendly staff. our room was nice but rather small and the bed was very, overly soft. they have several nice... stayed their for 6 night during spring break. It was crazy and a free for all by the pool. You must understand that the pool and beach guys work for big tips. i got great chairs every morning early, by 8ish and gave them 10-20$ to set up the chairs and put down magazines and hates to hold the chairs.... I am from the West Palm Beach area and so have been to The Breakers multiple times. First time: Ate at The Italian Restaurant. Very disappointing meal. I ordered overpriced spaghetti and did not know that it was possible to mess spaghetti up, but they did. The noodles were mooshy and the sauce was runny. My date ordered lasagna and... More

I have always been met with wonderful service at The Breakers and I look forwrad to returning each time business brings me to the Palm Beach area. I've stayed here multiple times and I love it. Granted it is very expensive, the whole experience is very Palm Beach. Very preppy, gorgeous hotel, great rooms. Kids love the elegance of it all! Great, fun, exciting stay here.
