We stayed over spring break so lots of kids/families around. If this bothers you than you might want to chose a non-standard vacation time to visit here. Rooms are fine. Service is of course a trademark of FS properties and this htoel is no exeption. Grounds and buildin could be nicer, but they do a great ob wit what they have to work with. Next time I may try a different resort in Palm Beach. Very nice breakfast voelrooking the beach. more

Servie and pleasant staff everywhere, what a treat. The rooms have reasonable indirect views of the ocean and are well appointed. The sliding glass doors have an OG emblem on them, representing the name of the hotel before the four seasons bought it -- the Ocean Grand. Consequently, the hotel has a makeover feel to it.
