Quality Inn in Ormond Beach FL on US1 was such a terrible experience. they have mold problems, management was unprofessional. They over charged our credit card, never apologized, took forever to correct their mistake and refund our money and still have not refunded all of it. Stayed there in February and again in July. Manager that was there in February was very helpful. New management now and they were not helpful. Staff was rude, rooms were not cleaned. When we said anything to the front desk we were told too bad. more
