What can I say? Leftover food and cigarette butts in nightstand, mens' underwear left in dresser, mold in shower, hair in tub, whiskers in sink and a nice spray of dried vomit on bathroom light. We were offered breakfast as compensation. No, thanks! Oh, yes and one of five nozzles in the shower were working in the "luxury, walk-in shower... more

We are terribly disappointed in the quality of stay that Southern Wildcat71 experienced at our property. We are a 100% smoke free property and do impose a $250 fee to anyone smoking in our rooms. We currently rank in the top 25 Crowne Plazas in North America in overall guest satisfaction and always go out of our way to please...

This hotel is not for a family with small children, its only for business traveler, or if you have a concert to see at the Amway arena around the corner. There is no pool, which my two kids were extremely disappointed with. When we booked through hotwire, we didnt realize that there was no pool. We made a bad assumption... more

As others have said, the decor is lovely, the bed amazingly comfortable, and the flat-screen TV a nice bonus. Sure, Orlando is hot and muggy in the Summer, but the pool isn't missed that much with so much to do downtown. During our stay, we took in a show at the Plaza Theatre; NBA playoffs were also going on. The... more

Hi, this was a mixed experience. The ladies handling checkin and out were friendly and helpful and I give them credit as it was pretty busy owing to some kind of event at the Amway Center. The room was modern, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The big problem for me was the highway noise. I have lived... more

After reading many many reviews of various hotels we decided on this one. My husband and I were going up to see a playoff game so we wanted something close to the venue. This was around the corner. It was awesome. So close, we walked both ways and with the traffic from the game felt very safe. When we checked... more

Pros: clean, modern looking and friend and courteous staff Cons: Noisy due to high traffic, shady neighborhood Our family stayed here for one night in the middle of April 2009. We booked a vacation resort some where else but our flight didn't align so we needed one night somewhere else. We booked it through Priceline. First impressions when driving to... more

We were looking to stay at a upscale hotel while we were in Orlando for a concert on our 23rd Anniversary. When we arrived and went to our room, it smelled like smoke. This is a non-smoking hotel, so we were surprised. I went to the front desk and they acted like I had been smoking in the room! Finally... more

We do empathize with this reviewer, but would like to clarify the details of the guest's stay. We advertise ourselves as a 100% non-smoking hotel. Occasionally, guests choose to ignore our policy, and are subsequently charged a $250 deep cleaning fee. If a guest notices anything in a room that displeases them, we will happily assist in moving to a...

We stayed here while on vacation in the Orlando area. This hotel is very well managed and exceeded our expectations in every way. The General Manager and his staff went out of their way to provide us with outstanding service and made our three day stay a very memorable one. Priority Club members are not only recognized but are given... more

I must admit I was very impressed with this property! From the extremely friendly and professional staff working at the check in desk to the cookies at at the elevator, this hotel was top-notch! I got an excellent rate on priceline for this property and it was worth every cent. Recently renovated, the rooms were re-done in a very modern... more

Drove into Orlando on a Saturday to check on my dad...only there overnight. (Me and my 3 children) Boy, I was pleasantly surprised! What I liked: Located right off I-4. Got to this exit just before entering all the major I-4 congestion. Luckily I had to go west of colonial, because east was conjested. (SIDE BAR: I went east by... more
