I've stayed here three times on business since the beginning of the year. The location is great if you have business in the area (UCF Research Park, UCF, Lockheed Martin, etc.), as the road on which it's located provides direct access to UCF and to the 417 without having to deal with getting out on the very busy Alafaya Trail. Lots of restaurants nearby on University Avenue or just a short drive away to Waterford Lakes. Not close to the attractions, but that was not why I was there. Front desk help is rather indifferent... not rude, but not friendly either. The breakfast is so-so. No time to try out the pool or exercise room, so can't provide any input there. Appreciated the dorm-sized refrigerator and microwave as well as the free internet in the room (wired or wireless). Maintenance is not very good in the rooms. Toilets are not sealed at the bottom and they rock when you sit on them (3 different rooms, same issue). Several of the electrical outlets are worn and the plugs... more
