This hotel must be in-between ownership or management transition because it was in TERRIBLE shape. I drove right past it because hotel's previous name was still on the sign. The air conditioners are barely sufficient for the space, so it takes the entire night to cool down to warm instead of hot, and this was in mid-May when the weather was fairly dry and in the 80's. “City Centre Hotel but needs some progress!...”

“Absolutely filthy”

Place was nasty, we had to be relocated because our first room the shower was broken and the second room smelled of stale Indian food and their were stains all over the carpet, and food and cigarette butts on the balcony. I called the manager to complain and they send up air freshener. Avoid this place, it's terrible.
