I was travelling to my previous residence of Orlando for a job interview. I found this hotel on [--]travelocity.com after my usual (Marriott) was sold out. We stayed at this hotel for 3 days while we were going to a trade show at the convention center. It was about a 10 minute drive to the convention center which was fine with us. We thought this hotel was very comfortable. The room with larger than alot of other hotels we've stayed at and it had a refrigerator... more

I was skeptical of staying at the Orlando Wingate after reading the negative reviews written. I was pleasantly surprised. Those who wrote the negative reviews probably wouldn't be satisfied anyway or how. Room, bathroom were clean, all of staff was courteous and helpful and breakfast was excellent (included sausage and eggs). What more do you want? more
