My family stayed at the WDW Dolphin June 30, 2009 through July 6, 2009 as my 9 year old daughter was in the Starpower National Dance Competition being held at the Dolphin resort. I was a little worried after reading previous reviews but decided to stay at the Dolphin due to the convenience with the dance competition also being at... more

This is a good location for Disney world parks. It is not to busy but has good transportation to parks. I liked it better then the closer hotels because it was not as crowded. more

For our last night of vacation in Florida, and since it was 4th of July, I thought what could be more quintessentially American than WDW on the 4th of July? That said, I decided to "splurge" on a traditional room with balcony and Epcot view at the Walt Disney World Dolphin. We had high hopes – especially since the price... more

My husband and I stayed at the Swan Hotel for our honeymoon and the Dolphin a year later for our anniversary, we are actually going back this year. First, although it is on Disney property it is NOT A DISNEY HOTEL. For me, that was fine, I like Mickey, I don't need to share a bed with Mickey. It is,... more

My husband and I had mixed feelings regarding our stay, but overall it was a nice. Our disappointment was the lack of "Mickey." We stayed here for our first anniversary, and for my sister-in-laws graduation. Our family stayed in the Yacht Club, so we wanted to be close by. We also love staying in the Boardwalk area since it's close... more

This hotel has a great location and the boat service to the boardwalk/theme parks is excellent. Pools etc were good and you will marvel at the scale of the hotel, unfortunately this is the hotels downfall, it's just too big you tend to rattle around it. We had to move rooms three times, once because we were not given one... more

We stayed here with our children and some friends. The best part for us was the boat transfers to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. At the end of a long day it was nice not to drive back to our hotel. The bus shuttles were nice too, but a little slow. The pools look fantastic but in November, it was too... more

My husband and I stayed at the DOLPHIN Hotel to celebrate his birthday and it was a perfect location...it was a Disney property and close to everything. We had transportation available to all Disney parks and it was always quick and timely! Dining in the hotel was a bit expensive but always good and the staff was helpful at all... more

I have stayed at the WDW Swan/Dolphin six different times over 9 years. It has always been an oasis in the middle of the hot/hectic Disneyworld complex. The rooms are nice sized, bathrooms are clean, we usually have a room with a view of the Epcot fireworks, which is nice if you are too tired to actually go to the... more

There was a distinct odor in the hallway outside the room. Once in the room the smell was even worse. Smelled like a very damp basement. Asked other guests that were at the same conference and most agreed that the rooms were all moldy. When I returned home everything had to be cleaned to remove the odor. more
