With my family and work, I tend to travel a fair amount and my experience at the Regal Sun was great. All members of the staff were so fantastic. More often than I can recall I always had someone from the hotel staff walking by saying hello and asking if everything was ok. Two huge thumbs up to Jay Leonard,... more

We used Hotwire to book this trip and were well pleased. Although the rooms were more dated than the lobby and outside areas, they were clean. The location was great! The bus service was worth the $ per night resort fee. Great bus drivers. The pool area was great too! We will be back! more

From the beginning, this was the worst experience I have ever had. I booked in May and they messed up my entire reservations. When I called one week before, they had my reservations all wrong. Then, on date of arrival, they didn't have parking available and advised us to park on "the curb" even though signs everywhere strictly prohibit it.... more

After reading some of the bad reviews I was really worried about staying here to the point of canceling my reservation. We decided to give it a try since the price was $82.49 (resort fee included) per night. We were very glad we did. We arrived around 11a.m. and were checked in fairly quick, and our room was ready even... more

I travel quite a bit and was impressed with the service and staff at Regal Sun. From the front desk clerk to the management team, we received excellent care! Kudos to Jay Leonard, the General Manager, for a great-run property! P.S. – the two minute walk to Downtown Disney was a real bonus. more

If you stay here and need any help with any thing, ask for Angela K. she goes out of her way to make any changes or requests you have no big deal. Angela does not get flustered and always comes through. We can't say enough about how helpful she was on many different things for us and our friends. She... more

We chose the Regal Sun for its proximity to Downtown Disney's restaurants and were not disappointed in this aspect of our stay at the Regal Sun. We were visiting Orlando for a trip to the airplane museum in Polk City and felt like we wanted access to a variety of eating establishments but didn't want to go high-end in terms... more

My family (2 adults one kid) stayed there for 5 days in the end of June. We visited Walt Disney World parks and we have purchased the deal with this hotel via Allegiant Air. From the first glance the hotel looks OK. It is a little bit difficult to navigate if you come in from the parking lot. I have... more

First we check in on June 15th 2009 to find out that we only paid for an outdoor room and we thought that we were paying for an inside room but would have to paid an addition $20.00 per night and remember our girls were on a tight budget. then our room weren't clean at all from day 1 the... more

Not what we expected. The lobby was nice. After entering the lobby you would expect it to be a 3+ star hotel. If you are not going to pay extra and book a tower room I would strongly recommend you stay else where. A tower room would mean that it would be in the same building as the lobby. Otherwise... more
