We have travelled to Disney every year for the last 10 years and have always rented a condo or house. This was our first disney resort stay and I wouldn't stay anywhere else from now on! The hotel was absolutely incredible, the service was amazing, the convenience of being on the monorail and having the extra magic hours was all... more

The Polynesian Resort was a very good hotel in our opinion. It had some fantastic options just because of its location. The monorail stops at the hotel and there is easy access to the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT which is very favorable. There is also a great restaurant O'Hana located at the hotel. You can see the fireworks from the... more

Being on the monorail is great! The overall theming and atmosphere can't be beat. The rooms are large, with lots of amenities. A very relaxing way to spend a Disney Vacation! more

We just spent four nights at the Polynesian on our second trip to Disney World. We were in the Hawaii building in a concierge room. We specifically stayed there rather than the Grand Floridian, where we stayed last year, because the GF did not have any more concierge rooms left at the rate special we were eligible for and we... more

This is our second stay at a Disney resort and we were very happy with our decision to pick the Polynesian. Our last stay was at the Port Orleans French Quarter which were were very pleased with, but was NOTHING compared to this. The hotel was gorgeous; immaculate, and the staff very helpful. The surroundings are LUSH with greenery; just... more

being on the monorail is the only reason Disney can justify these rates. The rooms are old and out of date. Housekeeping service was intermittent and poor. We had to call daily for towels or toilet paper. If you want to be on the monorail line go fo the Grand Floridian or the Contemporary. They have up to date rooms... more

We just returned from a week stay. The location of the Polynesian could not be better. The monorail access at the hotel and being within walking distance to the Transport/Ticket center cannot be beat. The room is not 5 star, but it was fine for our needs. It was clean, roomy and did not have any major flaws. We stayed... more

This was our first trip to Disney. My husband, 12 year-old daughter and 4 year-old son and I loved every minute at the Polynesian. The Polynesian met our every need, was incredibly convenient for getting to all the parks (especially the Magic Kingdom and Epcot), and had a lovely staff. Our room was spacious and the extra fold down couch/bed... more

What can I say? This resort is absolutely amazing! This was my third time staying at the Polynesian and I am returning again this coming July. The theme of the hotel is beautiful! The cast members are also extremely friendly. When we asked to change our room to the first floor, it was absolutely pain-free. We had a new room... more

We wanted to upscale for this trip and booked the Polynesian. We normally stay at the Caribbean Beach resort. The main issue was that the rooms are not well insulated. We could hear the conversations of the people upstairs and on the sides of us. This was annoying at night. Also, there was no small table in the room in... more
