I would highly recommend this resort. We took our immediate family (12 people) on this vacation. Liked the layout - although we did pay for the preferred rooms - they were close to main swimming pool (that was great), food court and short walk to bus to go to the various parks. 1) Beautiful Resort. 2) Very large and spread out. We stayed in the Jamaica section with the buildings painted blue and yellow. Very pretty. Like other moderates, the CBR is not overly done with Disney themeing, so you feel like you are a world away when you spend time there. We took the paddle boats out on the water. My mother, father and I went to the Carrabian Beach resort in 2006. We loved it! We stayed in building 5 and had a great view of the beach that was there. The service was great: very nice with no problem.We had a nice pool right next to our building. It was the best resort yet! more

this is probably the most inconvenient place i've ever paid to stay! we stayed in the pirate themed room (waste of money) but they are only located in trinidad south, which is the farthest cluster of room from port royale, (this is the main place for food, stores and main pool and the only kiddie pool) unless you want to... more
