We were lucky to stay here during the week before thanksgiving and the resort and parks were not that busy. But during our last few days we were able to see how this resort operates during busy times. This was a nice hotel, very large and had to wait a while to get on a bus to go places. But over all the hotel was good! more

This is a great place if you are looking for the basics, but definitely not if you are looking for a luxury experience. The rooms are quite dated, with little to no amenities. We didn't even have a soap dish for the sink. We had to use a washcloth. We definitely weren't expecting that of a Disney resort. Next time... more
