It was the summer of 2009, July to be exact. I stayed in room 1276. When booking my room, I explained that due to severe asthma and allergy problems, I needed a room that was deep cleaned. I booked my reservation a month in advance so the hotel had a month to get it right. When I checked in with... more

Just returned from a 3-night stay. Nice room and it is obvious that they have done extensive remodeling and redecorating to get the place updated recently. My room was on the 10th floor and had a nice view of Downtown Disney (though not of EPCOT or magic kingdom - no firework view). The air conditioning worked well which was nice... more

We are a family of four (mom, dad, two babies) who made our second family trip to Disney this year. Thought we would be getting a four star hotel but really much closer to 2.5 or 3 star caliber. The rooms were not well kept, "water view" was the view of a bush (and cost $20 extra per night), the... more

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. And you pay a very steep price for that location. Definitely not worth the $200/night my company negotiated as a corporate rate! I've stayed here for business conventions twice in the past 2 years. Both stays were disappointing. My room key never, not once in 6 nights, worked.... more

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. If you turned it any higher than 68, it did not work and the room got damp. So, the room was always freezing. Also, I think the AC was dirty, as I developed a nasty sinus infection around day 3, which is not good... more

I have used this hotel in the past and they have done nothing but improve things. They were offering a deal of $94 per night which included breakfast for 2 adultsand 2 children. Their room rate was $79 and you paid $15 for breakfast each day for your entire party, which is a great savings especially on Sundays when the... more

First the not so great.... I will never stay in this hotel again due to the noise level. My husband and I were woken up late at night and early in the morning by people going in and out of the surrounding rooms - every time the people next to use left the room the door would slam so loud... more

Buena Vista Palace location is perfect, easy to get to, walking distance to Downtown Disney is a plus. The first room we were given (& spent one night) was miserable. To explain, beautiful room, great view but.....moisture in the room was so bad that it felt like the sheets & towels were taken out of the dryer....damp; even walking on... more

We stayed at from Thursday-Sunday (10/8-10/11) and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is nice and the staff was very accommodating. We especially liked the pool area, which contained two pools and a hot tube. One pool was mostly adults which was nice for people that don't like having loud children jumping in the pool and splashing constantly. Both pools were... more
